CLEAR INFORMATION. A CLEAR PURPOSE.

Privacy Policy

Here’s what happens to your details when you visit this website, send a message, or ask us about your app.

Your request stays private. We use your details to respond to you. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing. Optional analytics requires a separate choice.

1. About this website and privacy contact

This website operates under the ASO Solutions brand. Contact us through the Contacts page. For a question about your data, use the privacy request instructions.

This policy covers the ASO Solutions website and its inquiry forms. Information exchanged during an agreed client engagement may also be covered by that engagement’s contract and confidentiality terms.

2. What we collect

Please avoid sending passwords, payment details, app-user datasets, or sensitive personal information in a website inquiry.

3. Why we use it

We use messages to reply, understand a potential project, prepare a proposed scope, and handle privacy requests. We also use limited technical information to keep the site functioning and prevent abuse.

Where GDPR applies, project discussions requested before entering a contract may rely on Article 6(1)(b). General correspondence and site security may rely on Article 6(1)(f), with the interests of answering inquiries and operating a secure website. Handling legally required obligations may rely on Article 6(1)(c). Optional analytics relies on consent under Article 6(1)(a).

The form acknowledgment allows us to contact you about your message. It does not provide consent for advertising or a newsletter. We do not sell submitted contact details or use website inquiries for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Storage and service providers

Submitted requests are stored in the website’s database. Access to the inquiry inbox through the website is restricted to the authorized owner; messages are not published.

The website uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for delivery and database hosting. Google Analytics is a separate provider only when configured and allowed. These providers may process data needed for their services. See the providers’ privacy information: OpenAI, Cloudflare, and Google.

Service providers may operate outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Where GDPR international-transfer rules apply, a valid transfer mechanism is required, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. You can ask us for information about the providers and transfer arrangements relevant to your request.

5. How long information is kept

Retention depends on whether a request is still being discussed, leads to agreed work, or is needed for a legal obligation or a legal claim. Inquiry details should be kept only for those purposes; you can ask for deletion when they are no longer needed. If a legal reason prevents immediate deletion, we will explain it when responding.

The analytics choice saved in your browser expires after 180 days. If analytics is allowed, our Google tag also sets its first-party analytics cookie lifetime to 180 days. Hosting providers manage their own technical-log retention.

6. Cookies and optional analytics

Necessary hosting or authentication technologies may be used to deliver the site, protect it, or provide owner access. The owner’s private inbox is separate from the public contact forms.

When Google Analytics is configured on aso.solutions, its tag and analytics cookies load only after you select “Allow analytics.” Rejecting analytics leaves the website and forms available. Advertising features are disabled; Meta Pixel is not installed.

Custom analytics events do not include your name, email, company, app link, free-text message, or request reference. Your analytics preference is saved in this browser’s local storage. Use Analytics settings to change it; rejecting analytics stops future events and removes the first-party analytics cookies set by this site.

7. Your choices and privacy requests

You can ask us about information held about you and request correction or deletion. For the rights that may apply under GDPR and how to exercise them, visit the GDPR page.

Use the short contact form for a privacy request. Include your original reference if available and, where possible, use the email address associated with the request. A live app, company name, or app-market information is not required.

8. Changes to this policy

If the way the website handles information changes, we will update this page and its date. Any new optional tracking requiring consent will need an appropriate separate choice before it is activated.
